JRo – your personal event concierge who will be with you every step of the way for all the questions you have.

A planning phone call to discuss the vision for the trip.

Propose various options for all details including lodging, meals, transportation & activities.

All meal & entertainment reservations will be made by BSC. Bookings for lodging will be made by contact to avoid any confusion.

Once arrangements have been confirmed, JRo will create a full itinerary for all guests.

Collect and manage payments for all guests.

Hydration & Libations for everyone! This includes – 1 case of Smooth Waters, 1 case of City Sips, 2 cases of water, 2 mixers of your choice, and Vodka & whiskey bottles.

Purchase & delivery of all favors, decorations, and drinks to you.

To get started, let's cover the basics.

Answer the questions below and we'd be happy to start putting together a general itinerary to give you an idea of how your party could go. If you like what you’re seeing; from there, we set up a 15 minute “get to know you call” to ensure BSC is a good fit for the vibe you want for your party. Our goal for every party is to make sure it’s planned to perfection without breaking the bank OR the sanity of you and your friends. After the call; if you’re happy with everything we discussed and want to move forward with creating a more specific/customized party, we require our fee of $150/per person to book our services and commence the planning.
